Summer Uniform with Original Insignia - Cadet - Military Academy FRY / VJ - 1990s - Yugoslav Army Military Surplus - OD Green - Very Good Condition

After the dissolution of the SFRY (Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia), the Military Academy was renamed the Military Academy of the Yugoslav Army, which operated within the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY).

Starting in 1992, officers for the various branches and military specialties were trained at the Military Academy of the Yugoslav Army, while officers for technical specialties were trained at the Military Technical Academy of the Yugoslav Army.

In 2006, the unified Military Academy was established to provide training for officers of all branches and military specialties.

This is a green military cadet uniform, featuring rank insignia, belonging to the FRY / VJ (Vojska Jugoslavije – Yugoslav Army) military system of the 1990s.

• Another inner label states 183/50, representing a minor discrepancy between the labels.

Care instructions:

Size note: “189/50” is not a European size 189. In the Yugoslav military sizing system, the first number indicates body height, while “50” represents the waist/corresponding size group.
